The Department of Food Technology, Nirmala College of Arts and Science, successfully organized ZESTOPIA 2K26, a vibrant food fest, on 23 October 2026. The event was inaugurated by the Principal, Prof. Dr. Shaju Ouseph, marking the beginning of the celebrations. The programmes were organized and conducted by the S1 Food Technology students, showcasing their enthusiasm, creativity, and organizational skills. Teachers, students, and non-teaching staff from various colleges actively participated in the event, making it a lively and engaging occasion. Various food stalls and activities provided opportunities for students to demonstrate their culinary talents and entrepreneurial abilities. The fest encouraged teamwork, collaboration, and practical learning while offering exposure to food preparation, presentation, marketing, and customer interaction.
